Cuspart:Mind Cube Privacy Policy

Cuspart:Mind Cube does not require users to create a Cuspart account. Game progress, lives, best time, move count, and local leaderboard information may be stored on the user's device so the game can work correctly.

Cuspart:Mind Cube, kullanıcıların Cuspart hesabı oluşturmasını gerektirmez. Oyun ilerlemesi, canlar, en iyi süre, hamle sayısı ve yerel skor bilgileri oyunun düzgün çalışması için kullanıcının cihazında saklanabilir.

Third-party services / Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

The app may use Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may process advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostics, and related data for ad delivery, fraud prevention, measurement, and personalization depending on user settings and consent.

The app may use Google Play Games Services for Android sign-in and leaderboards. If the user uses Play Games features, Google may process the user's player profile and leaderboard scores such as best time and move count.

The iOS version may use Apple Game Center for leaderboards where available. Apple may process Game Center profile and leaderboard data.

If subscriptions or in-app purchases are offered, purchases are processed by Google Play Billing or Apple App Store. Cuspart does not receive full payment card details; the app may receive purchase status, product identifiers, and transaction identifiers needed to unlock purchased features.

Information is used to run the game, save progress, show ads, enable rewarded ad flows, submit and display leaderboard scores, verify purchases, prevent fraud, and comply with platform requirements.

Cuspart does not sell personal information. Data may be shared with Google, Apple, and their service providers only as needed for ads, leaderboards, purchases, app distribution, security, diagnostics, and legal compliance.

Retention and deletion / Saklama ve silme

Local game data can be deleted by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app. Data handled by Google Play Games, Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, Apple Game Center, or the Apple App Store is managed by the relevant platform and may be controlled through the user's Google or Apple account settings.

Yerel oyun verileri uygulama verileri temizlenerek veya uygulama kaldırılarak silinebilir. The app is not directed to children under 13. Cuspart does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at contact@cuspart.com.
